I was watching The View this morning and a graphic pulls up reading "Nickelodeon Controversy", and I was like, "Oh God, what did they do now?" Well, in an episode of French series Oggy and the Cockroches, there is a picture hung up in a room with a female wearing a bikini with no top on. Her tits are as big as cantaloupes.
This aired on Nicktoons here in the States a few days ago, and a young viewer with eyes like a hawk caught the scene and showed it off to everyone else. Then parents got pissed.
Really?
People, Nickelodeon has always been known for controversial content in its' programming. I don't know why you all are shocked about this, when it all happened when you all were kids!

So this shouldn't be surprising. Maybe this popped up because the show sucks. I don't blame you, but there will be radar-screwing content in cartoons whether they are good are bad. So you can't say something about this when it's all happening since we all are kids. This isn't shocking, and shouldn't be anymore.
Even more shocking is that I heard the news first on The View! That's not something a 21-year-old guy like me should be watching without irony.Wait, I've never heard of this show before. Is it really from America?
Oh. Well. Uh. It is a France-produced show. And you know what the French were back in the 20th century. They loved them some striped shirts. Oh, and, yeah, sex.
